2. Amazon Ads API Information

Attic Millionaire uses the Amazon Ads API to access and analyze advertising information associated with Amazon advertising accounts that have expressly authorized our application.

The information we may retrieve includes:

• Advertising profile and marketplace information
• Account country, currency, timezone, and profile status
• Portfolios, campaigns, ad groups, and advertisements
• Keywords, search terms, product targets, and negative targets
• Budgets, bids, placements, and targeting settings
• Advertising performance information, including impressions, clicks, spend, orders, and attributed sales
• Other advertising configuration or reporting information made available through authorized Amazon Ads API access

We use Amazon Ads information only for our own internal business purposes, including advertising analysis, reporting, historical comparison, operational oversight, auditability, and decision support. We do not offer access to this information to outside advertisers or use it to provide advertising services to third parties.

Our initial Amazon Ads integration is read-only. It is not currently used to automatically modify advertising campaigns, bids, budgets, targeting, portfolios, advertisements, or account settings.

• Send launch notices or updates that you request
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Analyze and improve our Amazon advertising performance

We do not sell or rent personal information or Amazon advertising data.

Amazon advertising information is not sold, licensed, rented, published, distributed, or made available to unauthorized third parties.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect the safety of our users or others.

5. Shopify and Website Services

This website is hosted through Shopify. Shopify and related service providers may process technical, device, cookie, and website-usage information in connection with operating and securing the website.

Amazon advertising information will be securely deleted when it is no longer required for an authorized purpose, when continued retention is no longer permitted, upon applicable termination or revocation, or when deletion is required by Amazon, subject only to legally required retention obligations. Information retained solely because of a legal obligation will remain protected, will not be used for another purpose, and will be deleted when that obligation ends.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Authorization credentials are maintained in secured credential storage. Short-lived access tokens are not retained as permanent business records. Access to internal advertising information is restricted to authorized business purposes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Authorization and Revocation

Access to an Amazon advertising account occurs only after an authorized Amazon user grants permission through Amazon’s authorization process.

An authorized user may revoke access through the applicable Amazon account or authorization controls. After authorization is revoked, our application will no longer retrieve new information from that account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how it is used or disclosed.
